Olympic Tower was designed in the Fall of 1999 while Mr. Shine was completing his masters degree in architecture at Yale University. The images below show a few of the original images from the development of the tower a decade ago.
The tower embodied a unique combination of element that had never before been combined into a single design, as detailed below. The 90 story building twisted one degree per floor and was supported by an exterior diagonal grid.
